  1. Intelligent and articulate. Your case study indicates a proficient knowledge and understanding of aspects of the thriller genre.

    1) Always give example when referencing a generic archetype. For example you mention the familiar use of the femme fatale and how this archetype is subverted in Heavenly Creatures. You must provide an example and say something like, ...... in this Heavenly Creatures the impact of the murder is all the more disturbing because the two school girls are not femme fatales (for example as is Gilda in the film of the same name, or Eve in Once Upon a Time in America who is the mistress of a notorious criminal Noodles) who are devious and associated with crime or have relationships with notorious criminals. Instead two apparently ordinary school girls become obsessive and deluded and plan an horrendous murder. This adds to the sense of realism because most crimes happen to ordinary people who find themselves in extraordinary circumstances.

Always provide examples. I am pleased you have referenced the difference between Heavenly Creatures and say Casino Royale and thus the crime is all the more disturbing.

I suggest Level 3/4 (Grade BA)

Well done Hammad, when you work you achieve promising results.
